SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Novelli offers a door-to-door New Zealand wide courier service.
All parcels are sent on “signature required” terms only to avoid the loss of parcels at the door if no one is home.
Cut off time for overnight delivery is 2pm. All deliveries to North Island destinations are delivered overnight.
Deliveries to South Island destinations are also overnight if items fit into a courier bag. Parcels larger than the largest courier bags are sent to the South Island by 2 (business) days service.
We are unable to deliver parcels to PO Boxes, only physical addresses.
All items are tracked and we can provide tracking information at request.

We will dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri).
Please remember that the postman doesn’t work on the weekends or public holidays however we strive to get your order out to you as soon as we possibly can the following business day.
If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving it – except for those made on the weekend - which are dealt with the following Monday.
PLEASE ENSURE your shipping address is correct before you submit an order as our warehouse team fill orders in real time & there may not be the opportunity to amend if incorrect.
We are a small family business with the goal of ensuring you enjoy dealing with us.
We will exchange all products returned to us for any reason, provided it is in a condition acceptable for resale.
That includes, but is not limited to the following:
The item is in brand new condition and has not been washed, worn or smells of cologne.
All tags and relevant packaging are intact.
Please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please take care when selecting your size and colours as the shipping cost to get the return back to us is your responsibility.
